CAN I USE MY POINTS AT OHM RETAIL STORE?
Yes! you can earn and redeem your rewards at our store also. Please make sure to provide your email address to your associate at checkout to accrue points from your in-store purchase.
CAN POINT REDEMPTIONS BE COMBINED WITH PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS?
No, point redemptions cannot be stacked with any promotions or discounts. Points can only be redeemed on full-priced purchases.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
No, points does not expire.
WILL THE 15% OFF WELCOME OFFER CONTINUE?
Yes, the 15% off welcome offer will continue and only apply to your first purchase. Please note that you cannot combine the welcome 15% offer with your OHM Rewards.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?
No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
CAN I REDDEM ALL MY POINTS AT ONCE?

HOW DO I LEAVE THE PROGRAM?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
